The Cards for Good Emotional Health provide foundational coaching for self-care. Not just self-care to maintain personal positive emotional health, but also to work through difficult communications and relationship dynamics. Whether you visit these cards every day or on demand, the cards are the free coaching everyone needs from time to time.
We developed these cards for daily use to encourage emotionally healthy thought patterns and to tap into those little reminders that can keep us in a positive mental state.
We also developed these cards to be shared when you want to encourage someone with a thoughtful, visual message or when you need a way to convey your own thoughts and feelings.
Most importantly, we developed these cards to help anyone in an emotional or relationship crisis as a first step, before or in concert with asking for outside help.
We grouped the cards into a few categories as follows:
Everyday behaviors that are proven to contribute to positive health
On-demand activities that are good for us, and that can help shift our mood
Emotion cards for anger, anxiety, sadness and joy to help think through our current state
Relationship cards to help communicate with a loved-one when we, or they, are feeling angry, sad, anxious or joyful
And finally, inspiration cards to reference when we need an extra boost
Sometimes a simple reminder and words of encouragement are all that is needed to help us find our cheerful gear.
